Region D division playoffs

Lol...wasn't referring to you...but really this guy would get ultra pissed if anyone predicted GC or Lebanon to win the CMD. Turns out, VA High may just be the 4th best team in the district...I think Lee will give 'em hell.

Honaker is currently 3-4, and he has them going 6-4 on the year - according to his playoff seeding predictions - meaning they would have to win their 3 remaining games, so he's not picking Haysi to defeat them.

Then he is picking Lee to lose out and Vahigh to beat Lee and no one else

Yeah, he doesn't have Haysi in the playoffs...so his computer has to be picking Honaker to win the BDD.

I think the play off situation is just starting to heat up. I also think that if the teams that did move down to D1 hadn't oved down, Powell Valley could be one more loss away from sittin at the house come play off time anyway, if they wouldn't already be in that situation.

I think D1 playoffs will be more interesting than D2 this year b/c of the new additions to D1 and the better competition the new comers have brought. You are not gonna see a Burton vs. Ervinton and Appalachia vs St. Paul, you are goin to see Burton/Appalachia or Clintwood/Haysi type matchup. You are goin to see quality teams that can give a better fight in the 1st rounds. I would rather see 2 good first round games and a slobber knocker of a championship than one team runaway with the entire region like Burton has the last 3 yrs. Now they will have to face some stiffer competition to get there which I think will help whoever gets there in the long run.

One of the 1st round D1 games will still be a walk over...whoever gets the CD champ.

It is also not out of the relm of posabilitys that Appy and Clintwood screwup and Castlewood with there pie schedule makes it in
